Meet Jean!
Jean Wilund is a former frustrated Bible reader turned geeky Bible lover and author, passionate about sharing the life-changing truths of God’s Word whether she’s writing, speaking, or teaching.
She’s convinced we’ll never really know and love the God of the Word until we know and love the Word of God. This fact is why Jean loves sharing helpful insights, tips, and resources to make your journey into studying the Bible easier and fun.
Jean’s passion for helping women understand and love God’s Word is what led her to launch her podcast “It’s All About Him!” and to write her first three books:

If you’d like a glimpse into who Jean Wilund is, here are some lesser-known tidbits:
● Jean wrote her first book in elementary school—a cartoon book she stapled together. It was three pages long, including the cover. In 2023, she published her first Bible study with Our Daily Bread Publishing on the book of Habakkuk.
● Jean has lived in Germany and Italy. Also Georgia and South Carolina. She can speak German, but not Italian. She definitely speaks Southern.
● Jean adores her family. And coffee. She loves her family more, but it’s kinda close.
● Jean’s journey into the writer’s world began when one of her best friends opened a day school. Jean led chapel and wrote retellings of Bible stories to show the children Jesus throughout the Old Testament. She discovered she was a terrible writer. She immediately signed up for her first writers conference and never stopped writing—although she now writes for women. (PS—Jean’s children’s stories definitely got better. She knows because the children stopped asking her during story time if she was done yet.)
● Jean had been a Christian for about 25 years old when she first read the whole Bible. She was desperate to know God—His ways and His character. By the time she got to Deuteronomy, her relationship with God had already dramatically changed, and her life was never the same.
● Every time Jean finishes reading the whole Bible, she starts over again. She plans to do this until the day He calls her home.

God has blessed Larry and Jean with the most wonderful family—a handsome son and three beautiful daughters (One by marriage.)
